Nightingale Partners Pty Ltd (“NPL”) is pleased to announce that it has invested in LiveWire Solutions & Services Pty Ltd (“LiveWire”). LiveWire is a Main Automation Contractor (MAC) provider specializing in Industrial Automation, SCADA, IIoT and Cloud Solutions.
Established in 2021, LiveWire is the new venture of Peter Walsh, who has more than 30 years of professional experience in the sector. Peter has previously founded and successfully managed companies in the sector, both in Australia and Canada and is now leveraging all that experience in a new corporate entity backed by Nightingale. LiveWire will take advantage of existing partnerships in the industry to grow its business and establish itself as a leading and innovative player in the sector.
LiveWire is led by executive Peter Walsh with Francisco Dias Costas recently appointed as a Director of the company.
NPL’s investment will allow LiveWire to increase the company capacity and deliver significant projects in Industrial Automation, SCADA, IIoT and Cloud Solutions as well as to explore additional growth opportunities in related fields of expertise.
